AI Native Engineering Training

Your team could be building at AI Native pace.

A four-week, hands-on program — one hour a day, live, alongside normal sprint work. Your engineers build a real API, web app, mobile app, and agentic pipeline while learning the working discipline that makes AI assistance dependable. Refined over two years with 100+ engineers.

The program

Four weeks. Four real builds. One platform.

Each week compounds: the API your team builds in week one is what the frontend calls, the mobile app consumes, and week four points agents at. Nobody starts from a blank folder twice.

Day 1 — Foundations

A setup your team keeps

Model selection, rules per role, a second model reviewing every diff, and a prompting discipline — wired into your repos from the first hour, not a sandbox.

Week 1

Backend + data

A FastAPI service on Postgres and the ingestion pipeline that feeds it — where the plan-first and verification habits are built.

Week 2

Frontend

A React + TypeScript client generated from week 1’s API contract, with real loading, empty and error states — and the tests to prove them.

Week 3

Mobile

A React Native app over the same API — offline support, auth, a store-ready build. Working carefully in a stack you don’t know.

Week 4

Agentic operation

A real business operation rebuilt as a pipeline of agents — running on the platform your team just built, measured against a baseline.

Why this training actually sticks.

01

Live and hands-on, every day

Ten minutes of demo, thirty-five building, fifteen reviewing each other’s diffs out loud. Every session ends with something that runs, and cohorts stay at eight to twelve so nobody gets left stuck.

02

Habits, not tool tricks

Plan before you build. Make the agent ask. Name the check that proves the work. Never merge what you can’t explain. The tools will change by next quarter — the method your team keeps transfers to whatever comes next.

03

Everything stays yours

Five role-scoped rule files, a code-review agent, CI review workflows, a prompt cookbook — and a working platform your team built together. The capability is self-sustaining, not rented from us.

04

Redundant skills, no single points of failure

The old silos — frontend, backend, data — are dissolving. Everyone in the program ships across the whole stack, whatever their home discipline. It’s no longer a question of whether an engineer can work outside their lane, only how well — and a team whose skills overlap has no one-person bottlenecks.

Get started

Let’s build the thing your competitors call impossible.

Producing code stopped being the scarce skill — specifying and verifying it became the scarce skill. That is the shift every engineering team is living through right now, and the teams that retrain for it first are the ones pulling ahead. This program gets yours there in four weeks, not four quarters.
